DesignSpec Referral Program Terms & Conditions

 

These DesignSpec Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) provide information on the DesignSpec Referral Program (“Program”), provided by SpacedIn Software Inc.

1. Eligibility: This offer is eligible to existing DesignSpec customers (“Referrer(s)”) in the United States and Canada who share a referral link with a new customer, and the new customer (“Referee(s)”) subscribes to DesignSpec during the promotional period for a minimum of 90 days (“Qualified Purchase”). Only new customers Referees that have never subscribed to DesignSpec before are a Qualified Purchase. Promotional period starts July 7th, 2024 and is available for a limited time only. SpacedIn Software reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion the eligibility of new customers and existing customers for this offer. SpacedIn Software further reserves the right to disqualify referrals in circumstances where we reasonably believe they were not made in good faith. Only standard subscriptions are eligible as a Qualified Purchase, which does not include special discounted subscriptions such as educational licensing, or situations where the referee does not pay an upfront cost that is equal to or greater than the referral reward amount. 

2. Referrer Offer Terms

   1. For each new Referee, Referrers will receive a gift card based on the number of users signed up:

      USA

      • 1-3 users: $150 USD gift card

      • 4-9 users: $350 USD gift card

      • 10+ users: $500 USD gift card

      Canada

      • 1-3 users: $150 CAD gift card

      • 4-9 users: $350 CAD gift card

      • 10+ users: $499 CAD gift card

   2. If the Referrer is based in Canada, the gift card will be issued in CAD in the above dollar amounts. VISA gift cards are not available in Canada.

3. Billing Requirements

   1. Monthly Billing: The account must start a paid subscription, be active, and in good standing for 90 days.

   2. Annual Billing: Once the subscription payment is completed, the referral will be paid within 30 days.

   3. The Referral invitation must clearly state that the Referrer is eligible to receive a reward if the Referee subscribes to DesignSpec for a minimum of 90 days. If the Referral invitation does not clearly state these terms, it is a violation of these Program Terms and may result in immediate termination from the Program, disqualification from future participation, and forfeiture of any reward owed to you as a result of your participation in the Program.

   4. It may take up to 90 days to process your reward. The reward will be sent via email. The Referrer will receive the reward email after the Referee has made a Qualifying Purchase.

   5. Gift cards are subject to additional terms and conditions set forth by the issuer.

4. Additional Terms and Conditions

   1. DesignSpec and its service providers reserve the right to modify these terms, or to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason temporarily or permanently with or without notice. DesignSpec and its Program service providers reserve the right to delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent issuance of any rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of SpacedIn Software's services or this Program. Referrals and rewards are subject to verification at SpacedIn Software's sole discretion.

   2. Terms, conditions, pricing, features, service and support options are subject to change without notice.

5. SpacedIn Software Relationship with Referrer: Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture or partnership relationship between the referring customer and our company. The referring customer is not an authorized representative, agent, or employee of our company and does not have the authority to bind our company to any obligations. The referring customer will not receive compensation for any sales made through the referral program other than the rewards specified in the referral program terms and conditions.

6. Additionally, by participating in the Program, you agree that your Referral invitations will not contain any content that could be deemed by SpacedIn Software, in its sole judgment, to be obscene, violent or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or for the purpose of encouraging unlawful activities, or otherwise misuse or bring into dispute or disrepute the DesignSpec trademark, any other SpacedIn Software owned marks or logos, or SpacedIn Software's products or services. SpacedIn Software reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks/logos and to hold you in breach of the Agreement for any such unfair uses or misuses in SpacedIn Software's sole discretion.
